Midlife Mate Women's Blend contains 100% pure Bergamot, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Vetiver, Cinnamon Bark, Jasmine Absolute, and Sandalwood essential oils- not diluted with any carrier oils. Use a standard 2% dilution of this blend for topical use, young users or those with sensitive skin should use a 1% dilution.
