Adult Usage- Generally speaking, a 2% dilution is safe for healthy adults. Elderly or pregnant women should use a 1% dilution after checking if that oil is safe to use (does not interfere with medications, no pregnancy warnings). If topical use is a concentrated area, up to 5% dilution can be used.

Exception- some oils have a maximum dermal percentage. This information and other warnings can be viewed on each oils product page. Do not use the 2% guideline for these oils.
