Sinus pressure? Try Tea Tree essential oil!

I have a confession to make- I don't travel with my full set of essential oils. I usually just have a few stragglers in the cup holder. So when my sinuses started with that pressure feeling, I was looking for anything that could help. I didn't have Open Air or Eucalyptus, but I did have Tea Tree.Tea tree essential oils for sinus pressure It has strong anti-everything properties (Analgesic, Antibiotic, Anti-infectious, Anti-inflammatory, Antiseptic, Antiviral, Bactericidal, Expectorant, Febrile, Fungicidal, Immuno-stimulant, Parasiticide, Sudorific, Tonic, Vulnerary) so I decided to use inhalation to see if it helped.

Some back story- I have had sinusplasty done about 4 years ago for chronic sinus infections. Usually if I get a cold- that is where it goes. It is rare that it doesn't become full fledged sinusitis.

But- it worked! I inhaled the tea tree essential oil right out of the bottle for a few minutes, deep through my nose. It opened things up immediately. Essential oil usage doesn't have to be complicated, you can get fancy inhalers, make up recipes, etc. But sometimes simple is the way to go. 1 week later- no trip to the doctor for antibiotics. Which is a big, big win!!
