    How can we get more information about Destination Oils?

    Where do your oils come from?

    Our oils are sourced worldwide to provide the best materials for our oils. On the specific oil's page you will find the location it comes from and also the species name of the plant.

     

    Do you test your oils?

    Yes, all of our essential oils have their purity verified with Gas Chromataography / Mass Spectrometry testing. We are in the process of getting this information uploaded to to website.

     

    When will my order be shipped?

    The next business day.

     

    How will my order be shipped?

    Depending on the size of the order, it will either come USPS first class or priority. We make sure all oils are bubble wrapped AND boxed to ensure safe delivery. If you pay the extra $5 at checkout, it will come Priority for sure.


    When will I get my order?

    We ship from Iowa, which is a great central location for fast delivery. First Class should get there in 3-7 days, Priority in 3 days.


    What if I need to return something?

    We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have any concerns, please email us at support@destinationoils.com and we will be glad to assist you. Please return within 30 days, refunded amount will be purchase price minus original cost of shipping. Please include a copy of your receipt to expedite the return process.
