Spring is showing up in Iowa this week. Yahoo!!! Unfortunately so are my families allergies! Here is a great diffuser recipe to help with the symptoms- you could also put in a personal plastic inhaler (use 5 drops of each for that). 2 drops Destination Oils Peppermint essential oil 2 drops Destination Oils Lemon essential oil 2 drops Destination Oils Lavender essential oil Smells great too!

So many times you see excited oil sales representatives stating "Try the chemical-free approach- try essential oils". This statement could not be further from the truth.
