It happens to all of us, we discover we need a certain oil and order it. It gets here, we excitedly open it up, and Ewwww. Phew it stinks! This is me with geranium, my friend with ginger, my customer with cedarwood. My friend loves geranium, I love cedarwood, it is very personal. Ready or not- here it comes! Surviving Christmas!

It doesn't feel like it to me, but Christmas is only a few days away! Lots of eating, family, and fun! I always make sure to take my peppermint and ginger oil with me- it helps relieve that "Ugh" feeling after overeating. And wearing some of my favorite oils (frankincense, lavender, cedarwood) helps me stay calm when dealing with over-excited kids and all that family time. I love using a diffuser necklace (the cross one is my absolute fave)- it isn't an obvious personal diffuser. I hope these tips help you get through the crazy! And Merry Christmas to everyone!!
