With the addition of clary sage and geranium, this would also be a great mood balancer for "that time of the month" or women dealing with "the change".
This fantastic blend contains 100% Pure Tangerine, Lime, Clary Sage, Geranium, Patchouli, and Benzoin essential oils- not diluted with any carrier oils. Use a standard 2% dilution of this blend for topical use, young users or those with sensitive skin should use a 1% dilution.
Can be used with children older than: 2 years
Oils in this blend and their benefits:
Tangerine- reduces feelings of stress
Lime- increases sense of well-being, decreases anxiety
Clary Sage- calming and grounding
Geranium- uplifting and may improve symptoms of depression
Patchouli- balances emotions
Benzoin- eases stress and mental exhaustion
Caution: May cause photo-sensitivity. Do not use if pregnant or nursing due to Clary Sage in blend. Geranium essential oil may interfere with diabetes medication.
