doesn't feel like it to me, but Christmas is only a few days away! Lots of eating, family, and fun! I always make sure to take my peppermint and ginger oil with me- it helps relieve that "Ugh" feeling after overeating. And wearing some of my favorite oils (frankincense, lavender, cedarwood) helps me stay calm when dealing with over-excited kids and all that family time. I love using a diffuser necklace (the cross one is my absolute fave)- it isn't an obvious personal diffuser. I hope these tips help you get through the crazy! And Merry Christmas to everyone!!
